About Gail Johnson

Gail moved to Rutland City in 2013. She immediately became active in the City, as leader of the Historic SW Rutland neighborhood, supporter of Project VISION, board member of the Rutland Housing Authority Commission, and volunteer to various citywide endeavors. She finds Rutland a vibrant small city and is ready to support you as Alderman. Johnson holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville KY; a Master’s degree in Education from Georgia State University, Atlanta, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University, Fairfax VA.
